Service Contract & Estimate Agreement
1. Chemical Usage & Client Liability for Sensitive Materials:
Powerwash Drone Pros LLC utilizes a sodium hypochlorite (bleach) solution—typically in concentrations ranging from 1% to 6%—as part of its standard cleaning process. This solution is applied at an approximate dilution rate of 8 gallons per minute to effectively remove organic contaminants such as mold, algae, moss, and mildew from exterior walls, concrete tiles, and other applicable surfaces.
It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that all fabric materials, sensitive furnishings, or other items susceptible to chemical exposure are removed or adequately protected from the exterior cleaning area prior to service. This includes any such items located inside the premises near doors, windows, vents, or any other potential entry points where cleaning chemicals may infiltrate due to open, leaking, or faulty seals.
Powerwash Drone Pros LLC shall not be liable for any damages on exterior only to property or products caused by chemical ingress due to improperly sealed, open, or defective doors, windows, or related structural elements.
If such items are not removed before the commencement of service, Powerwash Drone Pros LLC reserves the right to relocate or cover said items at its discretion, for the purpose of minimizing potential damages on exterior only. A handling and relocation fee may be applied and included on the final invoice.
2. Scope of Work:
Powerwash Drone Pros LLC agrees to perform pressure washing services at the specified property in accordance with the scope outlined in the attached estimate. The client acknowledges and approves the scope of work prior to commencement.
3. Payment & Estimate:
The client agrees to the estimated amount provided and understands that additional services or unforeseen circumstances may necessitate adjustments. Payment shall be due immediately upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Limitation of Liability & Damages:
Powerwash Drone Pros LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to damage to personal belongings, clothing, furniture, landscaping, or surrounding property, that may occur during the performance of services. The client expressly releases Powerwash Drone Pros LLC from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from such damages, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by Powerwash Drone Pros LLC.
5. Client Responsibilities & Liability Acknowledgement:
The client agrees to undertake the following responsibilities prior to and during the service:
a) Ensure all windows and doors are securely closed.
b) Remove or secure all personal items, outdoor furniture, decorations, vehicles, and any other objects from the areas to be cleaned.
c) Keep children and pets away from the work area during the service and for at least 24 hours thereafter if chemicals are used in the cleaning process.
d) Inform Powerwash Drone Pros LLC of any sensitive landscaping, wildlife presence (e.g., bird nests), or areas requiring special attention prior to the service.
Additionally, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Wildlife Disclaimer: Powerwash Drone Pros LLC shall not be held liable for any disturbance or damage to bird nests, animal habitats, or animals themselves encountered during the cleaning process. While reasonable precautions will be taken, the presence of such natural elements may not always be visible prior to service.
Plant Sensitivity Notice: Certain plant species are highly susceptible to chemical burns or related damage during the cleaning process. Powerwash Drone Pros LLC will take all reasonable and industry-accepted precautions—including pre-rinsing, covering, and dilution strategies—to mitigate harm. However, Powerwash Drone Pros LLC assumes no liability for damage to highly sensitive plant species, including but not limited to: Japanese Maples, Ferns, Hydrangeas, Impatiens, Annual Flowers.
Clients are encouraged to either cover, remove, or notify Powerwash Drone Pros LLC about such plants prior to service to ensure the best possible protection.
6. Water Supply & Access:
The client affirms that they will provide a reliable water source suitable for pressure washing and grants Powerwash Drone Pros LLC permission to connect to their water supply. The client is responsible for ensuring adequate water pressure and access to the property.
7. Chemical Use & Safety:
If chemicals are used, the client acknowledges understanding potential health and environmental risks. Powerwash Drone Pros LLC will take reasonable precautions to minimize chemical exposure and environmental impact.
8. Indemnification:
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Powerwash Drone Pros LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the services provided, including damages caused by surface deterioration, algae, mold, or other surface conditions.
9. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accepting the estimate provided by Powerwash Drone Pros LLC—either verbally, in writing, or through electronic communication—the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions outlined in this Service Contract & Estimate Agreement.
This acceptance shall be deemed full and binding, and all responsibilities, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification clauses described herein shall apply in full effect upon commencement of services.
